Dr Brenda Bentley is a seasoned counsellor, clinical supervisor, educator, and consultant with over 15 years of experience working across therapeutic, academic, and organizational settings. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco and a PhD in Psychology from Curtin University in Western Australia.

Brenda’s work is grounded in the person-centered tradition, enriched by decades of practical experience and academic insight. Her integrative approach brings warmth, curiosity, and depth to each client relationship—prioritising authentic connection, emotional honesty, and ethical, thoughtful care. Whether in one-on-one therapy, clinical supervision, or professional development settings, Brenda is committed to supporting people through complex emotional challenges and transformative learning experiences.

She currently offers telehealth appointments for counselling, consulting, and clinical supervision, and works with clients and organizations in Australia and internationally. Brenda is especially known for her work in grief and loss, end-of-life care, and more recently, climate grief and ecological distress.
